DTV Transition assistance is available for seniors! - Monday, June 08, 2009

     The York County Area Agency on Aging (YCAAA) has received a grant to participate in the Digital TV:  Keeping Seniors Connected Campaign.  Through this campaign, YCAAA and it's partners will provide education and one-to-one assistance with the digital TV transition through July 17, 2009, to any York County resident age 60 and older.  This assistance can include:  determining the need for a converter box, applying for the converter box coupons, installing the converter box and troubleshooting transmission problems.  For more information call YCAAA at (717) 771-9042.

 
The Fruit and Vegetable Vouchers have arrived! - Monday, May 04, 2009

     The 2009 Farmers Market Nutrition Program has begun!  This program provides $20.00 in vouchers to eligible York County seniors to buy fresh fruit and vegetables from participating local farm markets.  Read more for eligibility criteria and distribution schedule.
