If you are:

• Retired and
• Have a total income from all sources not exceeding $19,200 (each person), you may be eligible for a reduction in the cost of your motor vehicle registration fee from $36 to $10.  Pennsylvania Department of Transportation form MV-371 must be submitted with each renewal.
