How can I get more information on this program? My parents really need some kind of help at home.

Our Intake Department will be able to give you more information and take a referral if you would like to pursue Waiver services. Give them a call at (717) 771-9610 or 1-800-632-9073. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

My father lives in Perry County can we get this waiver stuff in Perry County? Will you come see him in Perry County?

Yes, you can also receive PDA Waiver services in Perry County. The Perry County Agency on Aging's phone number is (717) 582-5128. You can give them a call and request an assessment for the Waiver program. At that point a care manager from the Perry County office will come out to assess your father's eligibility for the program.
